Auto-format settings file - General Discussion

Is there a way to reformat/reindent code of a plain text file, unsaved or saved? I am working with a proprietary script language not supported or listed here.

The autoformat is triggered every time you do a settings without changing the file manually. Eg: changing theme, changing font-size, etc.

Is there an extension or command for sublime text that will allow auto formatting of code, removing white spaces, fixing indents, etc.

You don't need any plugins to do this. Just select all lines ( CTRL + A ) and then from the menu select Edit → Line → Reindent.

Format entire file: Ctrl + Shift + Alt + Q · Format selected text: Ctrl + Shift + Alt + s.

You can use the Tag plugin(install from package control). Then just press ctrl + shift + p , and type tag . You'll see the option Auto-Format tags on document.
